More than two decades ago EWG set out to answer these questions, and more, and to empower you to get to know your environment and protect your health. EWG’s groundbreaking research has changed the debate over environmental health. From households to Capitol Hill, EWG’s team of scientists, policy experts, lawyers, communication experts and programmers has worked tirelessly to make sure someone is standing up for public health when government and industry won’t. In 2014, Healthy Child Healthy World and EWG combined forces. As a program of EWG, Healthy Child Healthy World’s purpose is to empower parents to take action and protect their children against harmful chemicals. Together we inspire parents, promote solutions and influence policy to create a cleaner, greener, healthier world. In the years ahead,EWG’s Healthy Child Healthy World program will engage more parents and caregivers to raise the profile of children’s environmental health.
